Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. We currently ship to the following countries:

• United States 

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated time frames below. Please note the delivery times are estimates.

Aura Grace only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). 

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@auragrace.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
